  18. When you run Windows NT on an AMI Enterprise III that has more than 64 MB
  19. of RAM, only the first 64 may be recognized. As Windows NT loads, NTDETECT
  20. reports only 65536K (64M) (this value is displayed at the top of the blue
  21. screen as Windows NT loads).
  22.  
  23. CAUSE
  24. =====
  25.  
  26. This problem is caused by memory that has not been configured properly with
  27. the EISA configuration utility.
  28.  
  29. RESOLUTION
  30. ==========

  32. According to AMI Technical Support, some EISA utilities are shipped with
  33. the motherboard, but you will need a specific EISA utility to properly
  34. configure the memory in the EISA CMOS. The necessary file (SER68CFG.ZIP)
  35. can be downloaded from the AMI BBS at (404) 246-8780.
